Although yet to be officially confirmed it now looks inevitable that Priscilla – Queen of the Desert will close on 31st Dec 2011 – intiial rumours by cast members were supported when the show’s publicist issued a statement that, although no formal notice has yet been posted, the Priscilla bus may well pull away from The Palace Theatre on that date after its nearly three year stay …. The Palace is one of the biggest stages in London so we wonder what will rush in – the West End abhors a vacuum
